NYC will have a ticker tape parade for the Yankee's victory!!!

As I watched, the New York Yankee's world series game 6, I screamed as they clinched the series and beat the Philies. It was spectacular!!! Yet, I was not alone. I swear, I heard screams from cheering fans in distance, from my brownstone rental. I must admit, because of the Yankee's powerful performance, I am now a fan forever. To celebrate this great victory, NYC will have a ticker tape parade!

According to the Star ledger's article in today's paper, on Friday, November 6, "the parade will begin at 11 a.m. at Broadway at Battery Place and proceed northbound up the fabled Canyon of Heroes to City Hall, at Chambers St. At City Hall, the Yankees will be presented with Keys to the City at 1 p.m. by Mayor Michael Bloomberg."
